dafnashakedJul 31, 20221 min readIF YOU GET A STRONG GROUP THAT CAN REALLY MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!A few days ago, 9pm, I was trying to go home from work..I had a long day and just wanted to go home and relax..But my car wouldn't open.It was stuck in a parking lot with no way to get home..I tried everything—turning the key, pushing the alarm button, all of the tricks I knew—but nothing worked 🙄.After an hour of trying different things, I was still stuck with no way to get home 😕..Finally, someone came along and just did the code—and ironically, it worked!😲..I had a good long bath back home and thought about it that your organization is like a car..All parts of it need to sync up in order for you to get where you want to go..If you're working on your own, you might not see how all parts relate to each other or even how they work together at all 🤷♂️..But if you spend some time figuring out how everything fits together, how all parts collaborate efficiently,you get a strong group that can really make things happen!✨✨✨#collaboration#lifehappens#resilience#organizationalculture
