“I don’t deserve it” she whispered.
“What?” I said.
I really didn’t hear her (Thinking to myself that I need an urgent hearing test).
“I don’t deserve it” she said once again.
“All this talking about fulfilling myself and getting what I want.
I don’t even have dreams.
I know how to work well, I’m a good employee, I am reliable, practical and a good thinker.
At this point of time, the circumstances had changed.
I’m in a situation where I can get whatever I want at work, any position I wish to have.
I just need to name it and it will happen.
The situation is a bit more complicated. If I won’t do a choice, if I won’t name a desired position, I can lose it all.
But I’m afraid. I don’t even know how to do it.”
She looked puzzled, afraid, and uncertain.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE IN HER PLACE?
Creating a new career track is a creation of something that was not there before.
It’s like sculpting a new pitcher from a clay block.
You have the option to create something new, give it a life, design it and then it is all of a sudden there.
Something that had not been there before and now lives right in front of your eyes.
It’s amazing.
It’s wonderful!
It’s so scary! What if the route is wrong?
What if you won’t like it? What if you’ll find out it was a waste of time?
Well, let me put it in simple words:
ANY WAY YOU CHOOSE TO GO IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE A WASTE OF TIME.
Every step you do in your life journey teaches you something,
shapes you to become more complete, more mature, and sharper.
Even if it seems to you that the journey was for nothing – not at all.
The first few steps are the hardest.
The thought of a change, of creating something new is scary and yet exciting.
Now the question is how to do it right?
How to create the ultimate way to become a winner?
There are ways to do it right, to manage the process successfully.
